Welcome to Laszlo Tabori’s Running Site. I specialize in a personal approach to your running/training regime. Our program is specifically designed accordingly to your capability, desire and talent.
Your training should be as individualized as you are. It should not come from a book that is written for the multitudes of people. What works for one person does not necessarily work for someone else. I offer a personalized, individualized running/training program tailor-suited to your goals, abilities and desires. I will design your running/training program and work with you. Whether you are 20 years old or 80 years old; whether or not you aspire to be an Olympian or are just getting off the couch for the first time; let me guide you through so you will be able to realistically reach your goals. As a former World Class athlete, Olympian and coach for the past 30 years, I feel that your training should be as specific and individualized as you are. What works for one person will not and does not necessarily work for another.
For a nominal monthly fee you will receive the following:

* A weekly training schedule (individualized accordingly to your own goals, ability and desire) by Coach Tabori.

* Weekly contact with Coach Tabori via e-mail. (Feel free to e-mail us as often as you like. Coach Tabori will read e-mails daily and respond weekly - unless there is a need for a more frequent response.)
